on that link for youtube video, in comments, u have link where u can download that manu pack+xp theme, then using XS++ 3.1 u put that menu. ml and all *.png files in File System ( tpa/preset/system/menu/
) of your phone, there is menu tutorials how to do that, use google
I'm sure u know how to put theme...
