He did say he'd send a refund but I haven't got anything yet. And i'm holding off buying something from eBay untill I get refunded, cause honestly... what else am I going to do with paypal funds. (I paid via instant bank transfer).

Suprise suprise, nothing (yet again).
Don't actually expect this to be sorted to be honest anytime soon.
So i'm booking a few days off work next week and coming up to york, been patient enough.

Just to confirm that yes, i did get the BB Curve from Scottt in the end. However, it took him several weeks before he sent it to me...and that was only after i started legal proceedings against him!
After several conversations with MikLSP about this we both agreed it only fair to leave the negative feedback in place as the way Scottt treated the whole trade was very very far from what you would expect from a Trusted Trader on here.
What really hurt the most was that i have traded with Scott on many occasions and he was one of the few people on here that i felt i could trust 100% based on my prior dealings with him
That trust has now disappeared and i no longer feel that i can trust anyone anymore
Anyhow, KK i wish you good luck in resolving your dispute with Scottt... you never know, he might 'step up' and do the right thing

It's now 15minutes into Saturday, and although promised, yet again... no payment has been received (I checked frequently online all day, as I was supposed to receive my first instalment of £25; being a Friday).
Just thought I'd give an update on the situation.

I should have received all the installments but I haven't had a single one.
I've PM'd him my phone number a few days ago (in case he lost his phone or something) so he has no excuse not to call me.
Had no contact from him, calls / texts / PM's anything.
He's mentioned in his sale thread he'll pay me once he sells his N82, but then all he's been feeding me is lies for the past 4 months so I'm not holding my breath. I know he's been trading since taking my money, if he really wanted to pay me back he would've.

Violence will not help anyone, but he isn't anyone. He's one of those who needs the sorting out, to have the cheek to sell here continuously then agree to forward the proceeding of £100 from a recent N82 sale. On these forums it's best to come clean and tell us exactly what's wrong.
KK. mate, I'd like to advise you to pay him a visit with a cro bar but seriously I think you'll get in more trouble than him. Trespass, with intent to harm... The victim has far less weight in the laws eyes I'm afraid, therefore legal proceedings it THE ONLY way, £35 I think is all it costs him not you KK, the court will contact him, then forward him a letter of invite to court.. Then he will have more bills to pay on top of your product.
Hope this gets sorted, cause from what I've seen you're not only tarnishing your reputation, but Esato's too. Make this end!
