How u doing guys.. I"m new to this forum. I need help with my sony W810i it started giving me problems by white light on the screen by coming on and off. so i spoke to the sony cell phone tech they told me to go to there web site and just do a update and i did that and now the phone's just dead . After reading some post's over here I downloaded the XS++ program and file - i dont know if it's a correct file.. I have the phone connected to Xs++ for 30 mins with the file uploaded nothing happen. I NEED HELP . Could some one please help me fix this issue.

Can you speak spanish? See www.se-planet.com and download SE-Tool and the w810's firmwares and reinstall in the phone.
