Another BT Pan Thread (W950i) really need help

Hi there well as you would of guessed i'm having trouble setting up a bt pan between my phone and my pc.

I'm using:
Phone: w950i
OS: WinXP
Software: Blue Soleil

can anyone help me with directing me to a good guide that should work or just write up a quick guide for me.
