Can't get in to program or game on K800i

Hello!
I Have a problem with my SE K800i I can't get in to the Program or the game menu in the phone, When I try to acces the game menu (where you choose the game u wanna play and so on) I get the messege not avalible and the same thing when I try to get in to the program menu. I can't even get in to the directorys on the memory card. anybody that have had simulare problem with the phone? I thought Il ask here before I reset the phone

That's probably the best option. Either that or a FW reflash.

Damit I still have the same problem and I have reseted everything on the phone.. :/ Anybody have an Idea

You have to flash your phone.
