That depends on what mode you want to use like Bass, Treble etc.
Whats given there would be fine.

Like I said on MSN, have a play around with it or just hack your phone and use better acoustics.

Depending on Which headset you are using. I set the eq like this: Starting from the left to right, 1st is to two bars from the top, following is 2 bars from the middle. Middle one is on 0 and next one is 2 bars from the middle. Then last one is to the top.
