Sending Themes to WAP

I want to make a WAP page so that I can get themes on my computer onto my T300 without using a data cable or Infa Red. I've checked several wap providers(tagtag and webmore) and none of them can have files other then images added to them. Are there any sites that let you add a theme to a wap site?
