i got a k610, think it's my 2nd best SE phone i got after w810
don't expect too great sound and image quality by camera.
it's a nice budget phone to use

t68 when i had my k750. though i was thinking to keep them both 
the k610 is, imo, better than the z550. 3g, 2mp, more internal memory and so on are things positive on the k610.

And about which comes first, I'm really sure that K610 (announced February 2006) comes before Z550 (announced May or June 2006).

had my k610 for a year, build quality is good, its still solid. i want to get a new phone now but i still wont give thelma up

IMHO the K610 is an excellent buy, very stable s/w and good battery life, plus it has a cool retro-ericsson style blinking red/green LED on the top that i feel ALL sonyericssons should have

but unlike W810, K610 has no AF. Still, if camera is not your main priority, K610 is a beautiful and reliable handset well worth considering. It uses m2 memory, so be ready to buy M2 memory if you don't already have it.

i liked mine k610, not a bad fone, sadly the cam is crap and usesless imo. but the keypad and joypad are very comfy and has got a good batt standby time

the K610 is a nice phone with a nice interface. Hubby used to have one and I agree the camera isn't much good, but the music player is good and the battery life is ok.
If you plan to use the music player, I don't think the K610 comes with any headphones. Also I don't think there is a radio?

Ok the K618...hmmm i like the K610 better lol....and why is it a K series if it has those dedicated music keys or whatever you want to call them..
Ok based on what every one has said i think ill get a K610i...not as up to date or fancy as most of you but it would do me just lovely...Oh and i already have HPM-80's or something and a 1G m2 so im ok their XD

K610's a very reliable phone. i've had mine for more than a year now. no plan to replace it yet.
and it's also my music player. much better if you pair it with a stereo bt headset.

K610i is a great phone. the only down side is the cam and no led light.
K530i is newer, abit thinner, has radio and would be better for SE
What about a K660?
