K800i problem starting up - freezes

Hallo every one!
i'm from namibia, africa and have a problem with my new SEK800i.
each time I want to start thr phone it freezes up when at the "please wait" screen, it does not finish loading and after a while it turn itself off.

i've heard i could flash out the system but need the software to do it and I need help on how to do it?
what is the basic stuff i must need?

I'm desperate I would do anything!!!!!:(

please help me!

And also my mom is going to kill me if she found out that my new phone is broken! Spare a life!!!!!
