Yes...just a shame SE are too scared to show ANY of their upcoming high-tech devices in public...let alone concepts......

Because it gives consumers faith in that manufacturer's future products(something SE could do with right now, no??)......
And I wouldn't necessarily consider it an advantage...do you think any of the other manufacturers at CES will develop a watchphone any faster now, for having seen that Nokia have a concept one(btw, Samsung announced one back in 2003, but canned it...and LG were trying to STOP photos of their working prototypes at the start of this CES)??

Maybe there too scared of showing off because of this forum and it's members lol how many here keep emailing them about release dates be honest
btw Nokia seem to be doing very well,
I bet they make billions they must do with all the newer handsets they keep throwing out every year

There's nothing new about a watch phone. But indeed, the single fact that both LG and Nokia have prototypes, makes the other manufacturers think that there could be a market for such products. Anyhow, in this case, for
to showcase something, would be a huge advantage for the other manufacturers. And that's why they don't do it.

Fair enough then...as with cars, I feel it's a good move...always nice to see what the R+D depts are thinking(and what finally happens, does the device/attributes of actually make it into production??)!
