For al those people who want to mod there right softkey here is a instruction, plus the file!
1. Download the Right_softkey_hook.itm file
2. Copy it to tpa/preset/custom
3. Start XS++ then flash it.
4. Now Master reset your phone (SETTINGS ONLY)
(p.s this file links to KD PLAYER)
Now your Finished! i should look like this now!

Doesn' t have "Copy it to tpa/preset/system/custom" on my K810i.
I have have try "Copy it to tpa/preset/custom" and works.

the itm file is actuall a TAR archive with an xml file that specifies the icon and the command to run (including the java app details if using a java app). The itm file also includes the icon itself.
The xml file includes java app values:
These values can be obtained from the java program's JAD file if you have it, or from the manifest file within the java app itself. Java apps can be unpacked with winrar.

no, itm files cannot seem to reference built in features, only webpages or java apps
Give it a go by all means but I've had no luck with it myself.

You should only reset the settings.. if you uploaded it like the tutorial says then it should work, which phone do you have?

I've only tested it on w850i/k800i and k810i.. i don't even know if it should work on a w880..

What i mean by flash it;
What i do is connect the phone in XS++ then i press customize file system and then I select own_custpack and then I press FLASH.. then it will upload all your own files to the phone.
You don't even need the FSX tab.

So how do u get the file into tpa/preset if u dont use FSX..... Just did the flash thingy & chose own custom pack no probs everything run smooth, but i still did,nt upload the hook itm file so i still dont know where ur coming from.....
Let me have a stab in the dark here....

i like it much more than kd player coz i have modded my music player through patching...
and in my opinion the megabass patch that i made with music player is gone with the kd player

anyway there's no such thing as tpf/preset/custom or tap/preset/custom.. it is (tpa/preset/custom)
this is the only thing i could help you with FIRST... INSTALL USB DRIVERS FIRST SO THAT XS++ WOULD RECOGNIZE YOUR PHONE.... if you don't like to, it's up to you mate... AND THEN LOOK BELOW....

It's much easier with FAR. At least you don't have to 'flash it'. Just copied the file and master reset. Everything works fine. Does anyone know if there is any type of sorting in the kd player? It's annoying when the program sorts files by a name. At least there's a playlist.
