pbtm not connecting - ini file ok

Hi all, I've got the T68i and I just installed Package 2 (phone monitor, pbtm, phone settings, and modem) and the phone monitor recognizes my phone just fine. But the PBTM doesn't connect to it at all - no errors, nothing. It just doesn't see it. I looked in the ini file I've seen mentioned here before and the line for the 68i is in there already. Any ideas what could be causing the problem?
