Hi! Welcome to Esato! There's already a Singapore thread here. Anyway, it would be good if you could tell us what phone you're referring to, otherwise it'll be quite difficult for the other members to help you.
If you're referring to the K850, which I guessed from the three numbers you mentioned in the firmware version, here's a thread for K850 Firmware Overview.
