Not that surprising, but what surprises me is that M-R 75% of the votes as being the most unbiased forum. Well, I guess that's happen when you put lots of Nokia fans together and make them vote for their own forum

really childish poll... of course they are the best in their own forum. its very illogocal and really not diplomatic, to make polls of other forums, especially if the one who makes the poll is a mobile forum too. we would have the result here that esato is the best... me seems the mods on mobile review have really much spare time for such a polls...

perhaps the fact that esato has got a good core of members that are smart and have the knowhow to help people.
are intel on new models from other brands isn't what it used to be, but when it comes to SE esato knows first.
And don't forget MR has got tones of fanboys that hate SE for no good reason, and so they see esato as an "evil" website.
I know Mister Laffen won't spend time tinking about how MR is acting, but still not nice to hear from a fellow mobile phone website.

Anyway back to the topic is it at all surprising that this forum is voted SE biased? Its not a bad thing as whenever someone asks me for hardcore SE advice I always point them here (and MR) and there are so many people who can help.

We welcome and encourage ALL brand lovers to M-R, but we do not tolerate rabid fanboys like Bart who ONLY post stuff wildly in favour of SE and just exist to stir poop.
We have lots of SE lovers who happily co-exist with everyone else, and i'm sure that you Boba, fit into that catagory.

Any member, can post any poll, on any topic they like, a bit self-indulgent i agree, but EXACTLY the same thing happens on here when people question Esato's layout, avatars etc. EVERYBODY screams "it's perfect as it is, dont change anything" we ALL think OUR forum is best, irrespective of what forum we happen to belong and contribute too

yeah, thats right, but we never had any such a poll on esato, where also other mobile forums would have been involved and "judged". its a very sensitive area as i see and if a site is doing it, its risky. to judge and to be judged is sometimes really uncomfy...

WTF? racist comment? You can't say anything these days or they call you a racist.
the topic was about SE and ericsson looking to hire engineers in Lund Sweden. Someone asked were those engineers would come from.
I know from several sources that ericsson has got many people working in Sweden that came from India, Iraq and Pakistan.
I said that i found that a shame, since their are enough people here in europe that could do the same job. The family would have to come along, which is normal, and its know that people who live in europe will adapt much faster and better then people from outside of europe, people who are not used to the laws and cultures here. (only left minded people will call me a liar).
I said that SE had best been kept Ericsson (something i said here aswell, many times). Japanese build things diffirently then Scandinavian people.
Scandinavians user their brains more, they live on the sentence "less is more". Less people to look after, is more time to create things.
While the japanese build things with alot of man power, and they can do that because its much cheaper for them. (small detail i'm using a sony vaio latop, now if i would hate the japs, i would've bought it).
So they call me rasist. Who was it? Was it brightspark, or that guy from the other side of the country where i live in?
