What makes this even more irrelevant is that, and this is a guess, GameKing isn't aware that his/possibly her post doesn't count to his/possibly her post count.

Couldn't think of another way to put that.

Or a tip.

That's sweet thanks very much, it'd be interesting just to see what American money looks like, when i got Colin some it was really strange looking at a note it's like monopoly money.

Posted by pmerryman
It does look like monopoly money, and it stinks for some reason also.

Ok i've got my spending money but i'm still looking for some $1 bills if possible, if you have a bunch of them then i'll happily buy them. The travel agents didn't have any and i need some for tips and such like.

Who is Colin??

Bump!

Posted by haynesycop
Last bump, otherwise it is back to the travel agents and hope the have some 1$ notes, not using 5$ to tip people with.

Be careful about carry-in to much cash, should you be stopped by customs (god forbid) but they will ask a million and one questions.

My biggest mistake once was going there without any luggage just hand luggage, they couldn fathom that someone could travel so light haha.

Posted by haynesycop
Do you think i should put some in my suitcase then? I've got just under $3,000.

Posted by pmerryman
You should be ok with $3000. I wouldn't advise putting money in your suitcase.

Posted by themarques
Mmm just make sure you have a good reason why you carrying cash instead of using your card, as they can be arsy. I know you below the limit, and between you that you not hittin the magic number of 10.

Posted by haynesycop
Wouldn't take my credit card because it'd get abused, lol! So that's what i'll say hehe! Thanks for pointing that out wasn't sure what the limit was.
