yeah..

i've heard that jdflasher can patch and has no size limit... anyway, just want to ask if i have patched my phone before with setool used the quick access and the main, do i need to start from top if i use a different program like jdflasher?? i know the procedures but i need to know if i have to start from the top... thanks

No you dont. You can use both softwares for patching anytime you like. There wont be any conflict.

SEtools has a size limit for applying a patch, dont know exactly what it is(maybe ~300KB), use JDflasher for larger patches as its a lot faster and doesnt have a size limit.

I take it if I have a K810 with R8BE001 I cannot use these patches?

If I flashed the R8BA024 main file along with the quick access patch, would that downgrade the phones firmware to A024 or would it just brick it?

wanna ask.. My phone's now is K800 - K810, I put some patch already on my phone. using JD Flashers. My question, can i know what's patch already on my phone?? How to check?? and if I want to remove patch which already on my phone how to do it?? Can you explain it to me??
ANd one more, i'm using K810 FS RB8A.. Any patch for this FS to giving password when keypad lock??

You have CID49. You should flash your K800 to the latest firmware.
And for the second, have you applied the quick access patch?
And for the third, correct the img link, remove the "url=" and just paste the image link.

And for the forth, why does it look like you have choosen a K610 file when you have K800?

And did you press "ready"? If you want to patch you have to press "write script" and then answer the popup.
"YES for uninstalling a previous installed patch and NO for installing the patch."

I have a unlocked but branded phone and i can't update it using SEUS...And i don't know how to do the update using SEtools...
No i don't have applied the quick acess patch
Im going to correct that now
I choose K800i
I can't press ready because it apears an error in the list...
The popup doesn't appears...

Thank you theshadow03 ! I was successful in patching my k810i thanks to your guide.

The only problem I had was that in SEtoolLite when i clicked "Read GDFS" i had to remove the cable & hold C & reconnect the cable.. This happened most of the time like when i needed to flash the phone, add multiple VKP scripts, I always had to remove cable, Hold C and reconnect cable. But anyway it works

Wow, okey i just read a thread that is stating that SEUS updates K800/K810(+ some other models) phones to CID53 and this CID is not moddable as far as i know just JDflash has some sort of support for it.
And you cannot downgrade CID...
So folks dont use SEUS to update the phone.

Where did you read that?
CID53 in K800/K810 isnt cracked yet as far as i know. Thats why people shouldnt use SEUS to update.
EDIT: Did a search at google about CID53 and i found some posts that claim that their programs can unlock CID53.. i dont know. Someone maybe knows more in the matter.

you have to apply patch that is compatible with your firmware...

ex..

k800 r8bf003 = k800 r8bf003 patch.vkp
k810 r8ba024 = k810 r8ba024 patch.vkp

it's been a long time since i last went here...

guys, if you want to patch your phone, you need to have a patch that is the same as your phone fw not just the model.. for k800 is for k800 and for k810 is for k810, etc....

elf`s are like app`s for phone only much better...it gives you more freedom on mooding youre SE phone.
