@malex: u dont need to have a fully battery charged in your phone.
And AFAIK pathching doesnt kill the battery.

Is it only for default font only, coz i already changed mine with simpsons font.

I think all of the patches only work for main_generic_sm. If you really want to use the patches, you need to flash your main to main_generic_sm. But, you will loose the chinese writing. LoL..

But y doesnt it work on apac firmwares? there should be a logical reason. anyways, if i flash my phone with generic_SM, will there be any problems? as far as i know we r not supposed to do that.....

Last week i flash my phone with MAIN_GENERIC_SM & APAC_FS. The phone function normally. All patches works well, but it says that my SIM card is not registered, I can't make calls, etc. I also got connect : key error in service menu. But some others did it and it works well. Why don't you try it, maybe it works fine with your phone.

Do not try this K810_iPhoneRed_batterypack_v2 because your phone will die. Mine is stuck. I think that somebody is issuing patches with viruses.

i have also experienced the freezing when i tried installing theshadows battery patch V5.
yes i had to reflash my phone for it to work again..... so be warned!
if the patch warns a mismatch... just dont give it a go.... think twice about it..

it's easier, you dont have to plug in your phone to pc and you can see all the filesystem in a java program like moby explorer or minicommander...
but i suggest moby, it's a lot easier... just put camdrivers, acoustic drivers, menu icons etc.. to the folder "other" and then if you want to change camdrivers or anything you want you just delete the file that you want to change and paste the one you want to use..

.... at se-nse i requested shadow to make this patch because it has bugs... maybe shadow did make the patch, but didnt post it there...
the one that posted that in se-nse admits that it has bugs, and even the other's that used it...... both the full one and the divided one's... well i guess i need to find out..

It used to be in the Orange UK network, but i have unlocked it, so i can put my O2 sim card, but it still says "Inactive Sim Card"

I just download and installed a couple of patches..
after i installed status_icons.vkp when it changes track or whatever action your doing to pop up the status bar the phone restarts itself.. so in other words the patch has a major BUG..

im not exactly sure who made this patch but i think it's shadow's, because he taught me that thing than using "camdriver/acoustics to others" patch and i got the patch on his 4shared acct... i think you should ask shadow or request shadow to make that patch ported to your fw mate.... and BELIEVE me it would be easier to access your phone... i change menu icons, cam drivers, fonts etc.. every now and then and..... without using my pc... gudluck!!

well heres something new to me... max number of patches exceeded (65536).
using K810 @ R8BA024 - tryed to patch phone with vista menus/folders patch (500KB+). What does this mean? what do i need to do?

the alienware style battery is AWESOME, but has 1 problem, the start of the battery is cut off (the blue outer line). Can u fix it? Also can u divide it into more sectors? (like 1 blue bar for every 10%...)
Also if u can do more gloss (simple glossy) batteryes, that would be crazy
