Just notice something unusual on GSMArena, there was some kind of an snowfall upon the home page of the site, which quickly reminds me of Mizzle's SE Blog.
Did GSMArena copied Mizzle's concept?

dead easy to do, infact my departmental homepage at work has just the same effect running, although I tweaked it to snow faster
