Can't view/stream video - Esato archive

i know they got all these web pages now for mobile phones like youtube but my p990 wont load any video it just buffers it and thats it nothing just a black screen. some people say its to do with the router blocking it but i cant see any setting that would prevent this i tryed the dmz setting nothing the mac filtering just blocks the phone and theres no other setting for mac filter it just says add a mac here to allow access onto network i have the belkin 125 high speed G router, this is using the wlan function as i dont have free browsing it would be nice if i could get this working as i hear other people have got it working

Does your router also have a WiFi b mode as the P990 only supports WiFi b never mind WiFi n it doesn't even support WiFi g. So if your router doesn't support mixed modes and b it will see it but not work.

yes my router is set to B and G mode the phone works fine browsing the net just wont stream any videos from youtubemobile i know this is possible as others have done this using there gprs but i don't want the data charge as this would be expensive i cant see why it wont work. i tried dmz and mac filtering only blocks the phone i cant see an enable option which it says there is ???
