k850i shutter problems - Esato archive

hi guys my new phone has developed a glitch, the phone locked up and the shutter on the camera stopped working but everything else is ok. updated phone all ok except for the shutter tried restart as sugested but still all working except for the blasted shutter!!!!!! please help if you can as its driving me nuts
