You mean you dont want "force flash".
Then use "red eye redeuction", flash is not forced in that setting and it all is writen in the first page.

This no FF version is not well done, with withan it's not so easy as remove the // Force flash lines, there's an issue with colour. Tomorrow I'll post a no FF version

it means - if you choose Twilight portrait scenery and turn on flash then camera will be set to 0.5 sec exposure time and ISO 250

1) Flash ON: Slow flash sync (2s, ISO 125) - scenery portait with flash will set camera to 2 sec exposure and ISO 125
2) Flash OFF: Indoor special mode (6 fps shutter) - if you turn off flash you will set shutter to work in 6fps mode

2.41 is quite impressive but unfortunately has bugs.
portrait with flash on = white screen (saving takes time)
portrait with RER = pics thin and blurred, yellowish

If it isn't too much to ask... how does it translate when it comes to real life situations ?
For example, what settings should I use to take photos in the following situations:
a) Daylight, outside pics (buildings, surroundings, forests, mountains, etc)
b) Daylight, people pictures
c) Close object (macro) picturess
d) Night, outside pics
e) Night, people pictures (with good lightning sources)
f) Night, people pictures (without good lightning sources, such as discos and parties).
If anyone is kind enough to answer, thanks in advance.

yeh jomateixa, your this post is better than before.. 'READ THE FIRST POST!'
stürmer, if the bug you prefer is washed out pix with protrait + flash on. Explain, the protrait + flash in his new driver is not for shooting daylight or enough light condition anymore. It's for LOW LIGHT/IN DOOR condition with slow sync flash feature. For daylight portriat+flash, use auto mode+flash. jomateixa said that on the 1st post. And some guys just asking about the same thing a few posts ago.. Or this is real bug?

a) - landscape without flash
b) - auto or portrait without flash
c) - document with flash (if you get unneeded reflexions disable flash)
d) - twilight landscape
e) - auto or twilight portrait
f) - auto or twilight portrait

how did you make the picture with ring rotating, i can't make it
but it is perfect
Posted by Raiderski
a) - landscape without flash
yep, but there is one pity thing - you cannot do AutoExposure lock when infinity focus is enabled. this is HUGE AND TERRIFIC BUG because AE lock in ~100% cases is used for landscape shots. what a shame
c) - document with flash (if you get unneeded reflexions disable flash)
i agree in 50%. there are two situations: low light and good light. for low light flash is necessary and as we know only 'document' scene have ISO100 for flash. in good light situation (flash unnecessary) other scenes are good too or even better than 'document'. you cannot forget that you can easily enable macro mode not only with 'document' scene. 'document' scene is designed for typical text shots when overall contrast between letters and paper must be increased for better legibility. in good light macro shots increased contrast is unwanted. i never use 'document' scene for non-text macro shots
i want to go back to 'document' scene ISO100 shots only with flash. this problem can be resolved in very easy way. driver can check macro mode status and if is enabled he can use ISO100 flash - this can be done in every scene. i'm using this solution from some time

I must say that this bug is not only in my driver, it's in all drivers.

yes of course EVERY K800 driver don't have AE lock in infinity focus mode, NOT only Ultimate!
