@ all

actually.... i m new to k800 cam driver....
currently i m on.. number1 2.xx ..
but i need high quality pics (with less blurness) and gr88 quality video..

can u tell me which cam driver should i use..
suggestion needed...

thanks...

what do you mean by high quality pics it's a mobile phone, unless you find a camdriver that can hold the phone still for you, you ain't gonna get less blurness, the k800 doesn't have great video quality i find mines better with 21fps mp4 rather than 15fps 3gp, theres a mp4 patch and my driver has 21fps.

i accept.. that blurness is depend upon my handshake... but i want try other cam drivers.. to suite my needs...
i m not blaming u r driver.. i expressing my needs..only...

mp4 patch is useless... in my opinion.. changing extension dosen't change its vdo encoding (recording) type...

i only needed the suggestions... cause reading 70+ pages of this topic... is out my reach.. that's it !!!

thanks >>>

What about White Balance and EV ?
All default ?

I'm using number1's 2.99, because it is easier to use, specially to take people pictures at night. But after that picture I have to test this driver.

Well done, 1/2s slow sync is very good for use in portraits at city night. I really love this mode.

joma ,can you make daylight fill flash ?

Posted by bryanjay420
Maybe but there's no answer cuz we don't know how is the firmware code. I can tell you that is working fine with R8 and R1KG. I recommend R1KG cuz it's the latest really stable.

And make sure that you installed the driver correctly and not using another.

hey joma...

what do you mean by this???

maybe thats why i cant take good pictures???

im using k800 R8BF003...

and what does "make sure that you installed the driver correctly and not

using another" mean???

does it mean dont use patch that direct camera driver to usb/other etc???

Withan 2.44

Kopritis 2.7- that's what the photo should look like

I really don't know what you guys like about that Withan 2.44, since it produce so much colour, and the final photo is far from the reality.
I know that it looks good on the PC but you too know that it doesn't represent what you have actually taken photo of.

I want to reply on you on this one..
you know in art you dont necesarlily have to create/produce something that has the most natural colors or whatever, the important thing is that you like
what you have done and that it produces a feeling.

And then it matters what light conditions there are, if there is very good light i personally dont think there is a very big difference from what I
see and how my picture comes out.

Hei, Ive read most of the posts here and still dont know which is the best driver for my k800...I have problems with the focus...Most of my photos have "blur effect"...yeah, I know how to take a photo after the autofocus has done its job, but still many of my pics are not focused enough...I dont mind if there are some small imperfect things e.g. the red color is a little bit pink, or the black isnt reasonable enough...I just want to have the perfect focus on my pics...And my question is - which is the best cam driver for it...10x

e.g

Posted by Raiderski
first of all: don't forget to use macro mode and to focus on well contrasting areas (avoid plain areas)

Posted by caroland
i personally feel that his camdriver is extremely great, colours are in fact, nice and perfect. see what it means.....withan 2.44
portrait flash
macro -1.0ev
auto -0.7ev

That comment is not constructive.... if youlike kop 2.7 (stock driver) use it and don't tell us what we should like. And remember there's the Standard version too

And also don't get too much near the object, cuz the AF could focus the objects in background instead the centered object

those red stripes are due to the light reflection of the camera lens protector. it happens in most or *all* of the sony ericsson phone camera.

Posted by jomateixa
It's not totally normal, most of the people don't have that effect so noticeable. It could be two things IMO. Vertical lines are the common pattern of the light diffraction (not reflection):

- The camera lens are not well builded/installed
- There's a film of any product covering the lens surface

Try to clean carefully the lens protector too

try a few easy things first, try a changing the camdriver if that doesn't work try updating the firmware on your phone they look like some form of noise reduction i had these lines in some pics when using the older k810 firmware.

guys... i don't know if this is a bug or something.. "correct me if im wrong"
try putting the auto mode and then infinite mode, and then when already set, put it on doc mode, the settings will become infinite also... not macro..
why?? i have tried it on 2.41 and 2.44 withan...
