Go to any local service point and have it replaced. There are dedicated topics for Smartnet, Semicon and SESS service points. The prices are already posted there.

I had that problem with zero button. I repaired it by myself. Just open the phone, unstick keypad (do not be afraid) and clean the spot under no button with etanol. Works fine:-)
