That's right! Have any wallpapers you made for your phone in Photoshop (or similar)? Why not post them here for everyone to see and maybe even use?
Great way to show off your photoshopping skills, too!
Just remember to post a preview image of your wallpaper and a direct link, too! (so that one could download the wallpaper without the Esato watermark... unless you didn't upload it to the Esato server).
So, here's my first batch of wallpapers
Gradient Bars:
Heat Waves:
Audio Scape:
Cosmic Frost:
Ambient Dots:

This looks really good! *putting on W960*
What are you using in Photoshop to get this? Effects or is it hand made?
Posted by xell
They are all excellent, but Heat Waves is just AWESOME. Can I use this for a theme? You will get all credit for this.
Posted by NightBlade
@Mizzle:
Effects.
Oh, and tons of blending options... and a few selection-derived layers here and there.
@Xellar:
No prob.
Posted by NightBlade
Oh, and guys, if you want, I could post a much bigger version of these.
See, I always create a (at least) 1000x1000 image in photoshop first and then I create these wallpapers by cropping/shrinking the original image.
Posted by Mizzle
I'd personally love that - that would get me some nice wallpapers on the PC
Posted by xell
Yes, this is very appreciated
Posted by NightBlade
Any good sharing sites, guys? I've already made a RAR with all the original images.
Posted by Mizzle
I've got a Rapidshare premium
Posted by NightBlade
Oh, yeah, that's what it was called, Rapidshare. Thanks, Mizzle!

can you perhaps write a small tutorial on how to create these beautiful wallpapers?
Thx!
Posted by razec
Cool SE walkman should have themes like this - more likely to be an animated flash one
Posted by NightBlade
@Crusifixken:
Yeah, I could do that. Tomorrow, maybe - when I'll be doing my next batch of wallpapers.
@razec:
lol, thanks
Posted by Mizzle
You should send these to
- some are even better than the ones that come with the phone!

@Nightblade

Really nice @Nightblade!
@arunvc - maybe you should host it at imageshack or something like that to get rid of the esato branding.

Thanks guys.

Here's my newest addition:
Liquid Gold
Classy
Beginner's tip
To create the above flow effect, just create some "reflected" gradients (as in, smooth/gradient lines) with the Gradient tool (all in a new layer) in a relative direction, use Selection tool>Right Click>Free Transform>Right Click>Warp or even >Perspective to bend them a little and make them more flow-like and then use Filter>Blur>Motion Blur in the desired direction. After that, play a little with Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss to additionally differentiate the different flow parts and give it a more 3D look.

@Nightblade
All your wallpapers are interesting and very well done, but you win special kudos for the extraordinary Abstract Horizon, a very fine creation indeed.
Cheers and keep it up!

@mobse:
Aaw, thanks! I'll keep doing my best to create good wallpapers for you guys.

Here's some simple abstract wallpapers. They're not state of the art, but the product of playing around with the GIMP trying to create some new theme styles. Loads of pictures turn up this way, and some are just too good to throw away.

I've got lots more, but I think the best ones need some more refinement before sharing them.

@Sator1973
None of the links work
Posted by Sator1973
Yep, working on it, what about now? I want to link and show them directly from my Picasa-album, but I don't seem to manage. Well, they're here; http://noco33-wallpapers.blogspot.com/ too. OK, I'll use image-shack. Thanks. Back soon.

Ouch! That site needs a re-design, Thanks for doing it though but it really does take the p!ss when scrolling. Ask someone over at eseth or something to see if they would host them on their servers and site.

Oh, guys, just to say that all the wallpapers I made in blue hues look awesome on a K810! Especially Glass Ring (although I made that for the Velvet Blue version of K850 and Luminous Aluminum - for the green one).
Seems just like yesterday that I gazed upon photoshop for the first time...
Nah, that was 4 months ago.
EDIT: 1 more left till I upload the full-size images.
