Flash a K810i to add Swedish T9 (originally from England)

Hello, i Hope that people out there can help me.
I have a K810i from England and I am now living in Sweden for the next 2 years and I would like to add T9 in Swedish to the phone. Right now i dont even have access to the accented characters ö ä and å.
I have XS++ v 3.1 as well as the file K810_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_4_RED52.fbn is this all that i need and what is the correct procedure for flashing the phone? I dont want to wreak the phone because i will be charged rather heavily to have the phone fixed over here and im a student.

If somone could provide me the correct procedure and let me know if i need any other files I would appreciate it. my direct contact is newton4all at hotmail dot com.
