One suggestion for modding:

I agree that 08 for sharpness is beyond our needs, but what about something just above shapness 02? Perhaps 04-05 should improve our pictures' quality.

FOR INSTANCE, TAKE A LOOK AT KOP 2.7 PICTURE IN http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=152275&start=2610, FAIDZ85 COMPARISON, WITH 08 SHARPNESS.

AT THE WALL IT SEEMS TO HAVE MORE DETAILS THAN GENUS' AND NUMBER1' PICTURES. PERHAPS IF SHARPNESS IS TOO LOW PICTURES MAY LACK DETAIL.

ANOTHER THING IS THAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S ALL THAT FUSS ABOUT NUMBER1' LATEST CAMDRIVERS. HIS 2.7 WAS CLEARLY THE BEST IN TERMS OF COLOUR REPRODUCTION, BUT AFTER THAT ALL HIS WORK SEEMS TO ADD SOME BLUEISH ASPECT TO THE PICTURES. I WOULD NOT GO FOR HIS 2.9.

TO ME THE BEST CAMDRIVER WOULD BE A MIX OF N1 2.7 COLOUR REPRODUCTION + GENUS MANUAL FLASH ISO AND SUPERNIGHT MODES + SHARPNESS SOMEWHAT BETWEEN 4-5.

kopritis 2.7? number 1's 2.91 or genus 5.9? i know i have to try it so that i will know it... but i need an advice..... what is the best thing that will happen if i mod it... thanks everyone.. merry christmas to all...

number1 first thing: my apologize:) I though that your driver can't make a good night photo- I was wrong. Second thing- I though your driver isn't that good like others- I was wrong:)
Your driver is veeery good. I became convinced that your driver has perfect colours, can make good night photo, and good macro:)

Posted by LaurensB
That look a lot like a dutch "nummerbord" (license plate) on that car to me, am I right?

Posted by BundyRRR
No. This is polish number plate:D

Number1 how to add longer exposure time? Which lines are responsible for that? Please help maybe you could add 1s exposure time in night landscape at ultimate driver?

Posted by diawollo
Number1 in your 2.93 driver not working exposure settings with joystick in night landscape. There is allways 1sec exposure n 250 iso

@xwteoh :

the bug in bestpic is that when taking picture sometimes it only takes 6 pictures and the other 3 is black, but sometimes it takes 9 pictures

i try to modify to 18 fps but still bug is not fixed

hope number1 will fix the bug and release a bug free cam driver

thanks in advance number1

HAPPY NEW YEAR to ALL

Yeah the Best Pic bug is the only defect in Number1's driver....
Night Shots with his driver are awesome..
Color reproduction is also good..
Me too wish that Number1 fixes the bug and releases his FINAL version.!!

Just a suggestion for my part, if it's possible to include in the "vr night mode" the lighting of the red eye led to film at night ex: the faces, like the infrared camera thx ...

and if its possible to add support for 320x240 VR from k850i..

sorry "google translation",i'm not english man lol...tchus

yes...number1 make a very best best best camdriver...yes....

Posted by Raiderski
if VR 320x240 would be possible then SE would do this in phones, but they didn't. camera system can handle a lot, for example specification of MCB770 system (K750/W800/W810) clearly shows: uncompressed images 15fps up to VGA (!). of course camera software isn't prepared for anything above than ancient QCIF haha

Posted by number1
it isn't possible the best video i can do is 176x144 21fps .mp4 it requires a patch to make it .mp4, and the k800i has a xenon flash you can't force the flash on while making a video it will burn out the flash, it's designed to fire once then recharge.

can i try these drivers for k770 ?

Posted by interloper

tnx for replay

not a xenon flash but red light led ,That you can activate with the application "torch.jar", I try to record video with this application back plan but the camera not work and told me to leave the application before

tnx for your effort

hi number1:
Now i 've tested for a few days yout new driver 2.93 and i must say, it is a great driver, the pics are clear and with low noise, good work.

The flash pics are better than from 2.9 driver. For good flash pics of people i have to take night portrait. In auto you use iso400, for this it is to high.

keep on.

Posted by Power_VANO
number1
2.93 is very good, but can you add Force Flash in document mode? It will make the pic much brighter and clearer

Posted by number1
2.95, see first post

Have you got any luck with the auto retry functionality from the T650(?) driver yet? Would love to see that!

Posted by toyds
@Number1 : thanks a lot for the latest driver

Posted by DeKosta
Will try your drivers, was just wondering is v2.9 FINAL the latest driver or is it v2.95 ?
(Maybe a silly Q)

Posted by toyds
@Number1 : BestPic bug still occur in 2.95, the ratio is 5:2

5(bestpic bug)
:
2(normal)

wohohoh

hm, what for? k800 has snapshot retry method and jpeg variable quantization, thus t650 tricks are useless
