Changing Icons in P1i - Esato archive

Dear All

I want to change Icons in P1i, I searched the WEB and I found some files such as APLAUNCH.MBM. I copied this file in Memory Stick and reload the Phone. But some Icons in Main Menu were not change. Can anybody help me?
