CAPI Worker Module Error Solution

OK I think I have a solution for people that have had this long running CAPI Worker Module. I will try to give as much detail as I can.

The Problem: I am trying to connect my Sony W810 to my laptop VAIO SZ series running microsoft vista. I receive the CAPI error when I disconnect the bluetooth link or when my phone is out of range from the PC. The only way to reconnect it is two reboot the computer...but the problem will always repeat it self. I also had a problem using some bluetooth services such as HID to allow my phone to act as a remote.

The Why: From what i can tell the error is not the fault of Sony PC Suite (they insist it is not). NOR is it a problem with Vista (i know hard to beleive).
The problem lies with the bluetooth stack.

My laptop uses an intergrated Toshiba Bluetooth device. To check, right click the bluetooth icon and click about or settings or check in device manager. This solution (as far as I know) will only work for those using the Toshiba bluetooth stack for windows vista.

The Solution: Uninstall the Toshiba drivers and use the vista drivers for bluetooth.

The How: This is tricky and took a while for me to figure out.
First: In order to use the bluetooth with vista drivers, you must run the "toshiba bluetooth monitor 2". This is because vista will operate the bluetooth but the toshiba software is used to enable/disable the hardware (from what i have gathered).

So download toshiba bluetooth monitor 2 at http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cg[....]883&moid=1209145&BV_SessionID=
PLEASE read the disclaimer and documentation to make sure this is compatible with your PC and bluetooth. I refuse to be responsible for you breaking your stuff.

Next: Uninstall your toshiba software through the progams and features in control panel.
ALSO! (this is where i went wrong) in device manager uninstall your bluetooth controller driver (you may want to back this up).

Now install that bluetooth monitor your downloaded. When you open the self extracting zip it places the install files in C:TOSHIBAMS_Bluetooth, you must then go there to actually instal the monitor software (why? i dont know why they made this a two step process)

OK reboot and all that stuff. According to the forums i searched vista should now AUTOMATICALLY install its bluetooth drivers.....not the case.

SO you might get a hardware change notification, but if you dont go into device manager, there should be a "?" next to bluetooth radio or something like that. Click on update driver software . Browse my computer for driver software. Then "let me pick from a list" Then select bluetooth radios. OK for the manufacturer I selected toshiba and for model i selected Toshiba integrated bluetooth 3 (i dont know why but i remember reading that is what i had installed) but lucky guess i suppose.

Now I had to reinstall PC Suite to recognize the new drivers.

Reboot again.
OK now the new software can be used by going into control panel, Bluetooth Devices (this should be new to you). Pair your phone and that should be it.***

*** The bugs: Only two! First on my phone when i am connected and check the bluetooth services that are available it says "No local services found" However i can still use PC Suite/ file transfer/ syncronization/ and HID(which i couldnt before) etc.
Second i get a found new hardware alert saying 'Windows needs to install driver software for your bluetooth peripheral device." Im not sure where to find these drivers or what this is about cause my connection works with my phone and thats the only device i use bluetooth with. I just disabled this notification.

The Feedback: Please let me know if this works for anyone. Or if anyone can perfect it and/ or eliminate these bugs.
