New contract Time. K850i or W960i?

Have only had my recent contract on 3 for 9 months but my bills have been more than expected.. on average Ł70.. my tarrif is Ł15, 500 mins + Ł5 internet.. so Ł50 worth of extra calls n texts

A friend of mine works for o2, He has offered me a o2 600 tarrif which includes:

600 x mins
500 texts
Unlimited saturday to monday calls Or Unlimited calls to o2..
Origional price Ł35, discounted to Ł24

Now...

I need a phone with a really good camera and I'm thinking k850i, as k800i was/is by far the best camera phone I've ever owned.

However I'm also tempted to wait for the w960i due to the 8gb, music function but not too sure about the camera.. 3.2mp sounds good but without flash?

I havnt been reading the forum or anywhere else on new phones/contracts for a while now, so YOU guys are my best Source..
