Ok guys this has been bothering me for a while
Seen a few films n programs recently where they have been on the phone n taken a pic n the pic has sent straight to the other person on the phone. How does that work? Its been all american films n programs and its usually a moto v3 that they do it with.
Hmmm

I'm quite sure they are just pretending the phones can do this but they can't actually in reality. I remember I saw this exact thing happen on Scrubs a while back.
Its kind of like in programs, where a person has a bandage on in one scene coz they just got hurt, then in the next scene, they're good again! No bandage! Just because the producers of the show can!

I use a motorola v360 I have seen something of that nature. I visited motorola website and found the program. It does heppan all you need to do is to upgrade your software. Visit north american moto website and create an account there.

Yeh it was scrubs I seen it in aswell. Plus seen it in Good Luck Chuck
Was just wondering if it was possible

You can talk and capture images while talking...but sending the pic to the person youre talking to is i think not reality...hehe

Yeah you can definitely talk and take pics (I found out a few years ago that this is a way to take a pic without shutter sound on phones where it can't be turned off). But I don't believe they can be sent to the person you're speaking to.

[/Imagine if you were taking a call on head sets and you decide to take the pictures. Moto alway give you an option to send in message when storing pictures. So dont you think that it can be sent?]

on nextel, an american iDEN netwok you can. you can take pics and send it with direct talk.

Well.. I can certainly take pictures on my N73 while talking (did that just yesterday) but sending the same to the person you're speaking to is not possible on GSM networks. iDEN, i am unsure but if Eascoaststar says, it should be true. Btw, the camera sound still plays on this phone even if you are on a call.

this is just a feature used to add functionality in the phone.

ofcourse you can take picture, and send it to anyone (including one you're on phone with
since MMS requires a data stream, and your voice-line does not.
so it can be done, ... just testes with k60 and does work

you could technically do that.
Using a 3G phone, do a 3G video call, take a picture, set the picture as a background instead of allowing the video to show.
That person can then save that picture.
