that is one of oranges "unique" phones. The WiFi is used to connect at home for phone calls so it becomes your only phone. i.e using WiFi for calls at home then when out using the normal network coverage, pretty sure you cannot use the WiFi on that samsung to connect to the web or anything else other than for the phone calls
Posted by bearcub24
Its the same with the Nokia 6301, wi-fi is only available for calls, no browser via wi-fi.

that 2GB Micro SD is a bargain and a HALF!
just ordered me a few
Cheers!

Posted by PeterKay
had the w380i myself, not bad for a clamshell.
The only downside is the camera.

I heard rumours a couple of days ago about this happening, and our stock room suddenly had one of those speakers tucked away on the floor, so I guess this explains it lol

Siemens are good but the rest crap lol
Pete don't say that you asked me to sell my phone to you a few weeks ago
Posted by Seanyb2
I remember back in the day Siemens phones were the most reliable on the market then they completely lost the plot and it all went t**s up! Though BenQSiemens produced a few decent phones. I used to own the old C35 and SL45 with mp3 was amazing for the time.
