Hmmm, should I do it? Will Barclays protect me if I pay with my debit card (note, not credit card, debit card)?...

YES they will.. providing it's a barclays connect card and not a barclays electron card....

although saying that, I think even that is protected now too...

Stupid 6300 out of stock at o2, Need to get this for my younger sis ASAP! Grr, cant even order fit when its out of stock

Posted by fatevdestiny
Give them a call mate and find out when it will be in stock

Posted by Daedalus85
They won't know, none of us do. Stock turns up as and when. And before anyone starts having a go at O2, yes it's not fantastic but that's how it works, end of.

If you ask them nicely, they should be able to order one in from a near by store. I doubt there's not one near by, but I do know that stock is tight of them because of the prices.

All those prices apply until 24th December.

Does the price for the 6300 just count for online or will it be that price instore aswell?

Posted by baconnugget

Posted by Daedalus85
In store it's £59.99, CPW are only price matching O2 I think, I haven't seen them advertising it that cheap in store.

Posted by fatevdestiny

If you go into one of those 02's shops and they tell you they haven't got that particular phone instock they often say hang-on we but..but

"Miss we can check our system to see which store has them present"

but if CPW have them then your worrying about nothing

Peterkay, I'll see if my mates gonna order the PS3

Posted by Ridahz

Well i seen the Samsung G600 in Carphonewarehouse latest brochure on page 5 advertised at £29.99. LOL think that was a misprint somehow. More like £229.99.

This message was posted from a 6300

Posted by Daedalus85
We had our wall price ticket for the Nokia 2310 saying it had a camera with video, Bluetooth and 9MB memory lol.

Needless to say it was quickly removed after a customer pointed it out

N73 £90

Ahh, me old mates at The Link, fond memories (sheds a tear)

Get a grip @ Daedulus its now Oh Poo u work for lmao! I was in a Voda shop yesty exchanging my faulty E65 and I asked if I could have a Black 8GB N95 they said it would cost £200 its £400 on my tariff as much as I wanted it I asked them to send me another E65 which arrived today darm still same Software version to, but this phones Mocha brown not black this time! Voda rang me up greeting me to there network and have offered to extend my contract to 24mths for £20 instead of £25 im sure thats what he said anyway, can cancel it within 14days tho. What would u lot do? Ps. Is the grey N95 on Voda discontinued? Got told it is due to the black1

Posted by baconnugget
@miss uk, what contract are you on now? if you want the n95 8gb black there doing it free on the £35 mobile internet package online.

24 month contract would give me a heart attack i get bored of mine phone after 12 months

Posted by Daedalus85
I would haggle for at LEAST an 18-month contract, 12 month if you can. Theres no way a 24-month contract is a good idea, you'd go mental.

And an E65? I'd aim higher, they don't cost them alot to buy them in because of their age. Regular N95's should be as cheap to get.

In my eyes, their ripping you off a bit. E65's aren't bad but ageing quickly.

Posted by Miss UK
Im on a 18mth tariff already spending £25 per mth! Didnt understand the guy pretty well he sounded like Mark owen from take that, i'll view my account later to see what hes done can cancel within 14days he said. E65 has probs Vodafone actually are aware of it, couldnt haggle a N95 of emm lol ive a N80 and E65 for time being anyway lol pref N80 btw!

Posted by Daedalus85
Well E65 has many known faults and Voda prolly won't do a thing about it. We've had plenty come back, and Nokia have said the latest version of the software doesn't really cut it that well.

Think about what your going to use it for (if you want a nice camera, E65, isn't the way to go...) and pick something else.

Part of the reason alot of Voda phone's have software problems is because of the insane ammount of branding they have layered onto them.

Still, £25/month on 18 month should get you something half decent.

Also, E65's battery is known for being shit, much like the N95, because they share the same battery.

Posted by Miss UK
Suppose I could sell the E65 but doubt i'll get alot for it, its just a spare phone tbh ive used it for 14days appart from bugs n stuff it a ok phone, batterys better than my N80 but my N80 supports more applications. Voda only sell that 8GB N95 so I got told seems that Silver will be fazed out for good after xmas when the other networks get there paws on it! Daedulus are Nokia planning on doing any new update for the E65 btw if they brought out a reliable update im sure the phone would be good to go. Vodafone haven't ripped me of ive also got 3 mths half price rental at £12.50

Posted by paul101
we need more bargain links!

i think ive found a good one (i'll post it later)

Posted by Daedalus85
No plans that I've heard of, best bet it try updating it yourself. It's within warranty and Nokia reccommend doing it yourself. From their website
