any other bargains out there??

Posted by Seanyb2
Im on look out for W880i on O2 pay n go to use on my existing number. Cheapest i seen one was £130 on Vodafone but i think Vodafone are a rubbish network so wont be buying that. Want one of these phones soon please let me know anyone. Thanks a million.

Posted by Miss UK
I don't think Vodafone are rubbish there quite a good service depending where you are and if your just concerned about silly little logos then your mad

look in the catalogues like Additions direct you might get a good bargain there plus you can use th promo codes to blag more money off

Posted by Ridahz
Hahahaha Vodafone are good Kerry?

Absolutely terrible, bill came through today for £111 hahaha, dont even have enought to pay it lol, muppets, oh well

Posted by Miss UK
Vodafone are good for my needs my bill hasnt been much last 3 months which I like, Wi-fi is useful to have on ur phone cos its free, data I dont use much lol and I just use my freestuff! Have u been phoning india? Bit much that .. Ask voda if they'll agree to u paying of ur bill in installments o2 offered me that im assuming voda may do the same for you. There cs is the best! They unblocked myphone w/o questions asked I wanted to call abroad lol well give 1ringers to my mate lmao!

Sorry i never made myself clear. Vodafone where i live in a built up area of Birmingham has been poor since the early days of the colour screen phone. Plus whenever i used to use their network ANYWHERE i always got constantly cut off with full signal using any phone. I would like to use them cos their pre pay service is good value and i have an Italian female friend who is with Vodafone and i chat to her for hours. I have to call her landline using O2 Favorite Place mins. 3G is sh**te too.

If it's from CPW, it probably is unlocked and unbranded, thats how they can do them so cheap.

Posted by paul101
but normally cheaper phones are branded and locked

Posted by Seanyb2
Well i got my K800i no O2 pay as you go for 79.99 and it was sim free. Very good. Even most pre pay phones from CPWH are sim free.

i get the same too, usually locked.

Posted by Daedalus85
Really? Thats interesting. It's often cheaper for them to buy them in bulk from the manufacturer. Cause otherwise they have to buy them from the network who lock and brand them.

Posted by PeterKay
seems silly to brand cheapy phones but they have been done!! silly buggers

Signal's quite good where I am altho ive noticed it tents to fluctuate at times like on public transport lol

only probs ive got with Vodafone is the MMS I get one sent to me then the others I get a Failed message "Unable to retrieve" bit annoying that!

Pete, Dae... don't forget those low price phones are target wise at kids under 12 and the eldary hence why there locked and the branding is prob just to let everyone else know who your with in the playground or the bingo

Hello Miss UK how the devil are ya. Anyway Vodafone Vodafone. Why are they the biggest phone network when from experience T Mobile network performance is better and thats saying something. Apart from constant dropped calls have you ever noticed the awful poor speech quality on Vodafone. So bad. Im on O2 and in past year never had one single network issue or problem not one dropped call and always get connected. Orange used to be that good but there not now. Anyway am going off on different subject here now.
