@ max_wedge - thanks for your input. Ive never been able to perform what Prom1 has claimed either except for once when i managed to get my K700i to bluejack a S700i from about 50m away.

If you'd like to me tell more, just say.

I here people talking about sending bitchslaps on phones via blutooth. What exactly is it.

Also i went to the movies but i found only 2 LG phones one was my friends and the other was leaving the building. I have to blujack another time.

LMAO @ that story.

Posted by mobilemodman
Did that at a conference once, sent stuff to random people who hadnt turned off their fones while i was bored, you could just hear everyones pockets vibrating and people staring at each other. Hilarious how people dont even know how to turn off their bluetooth, then they wonder y their fone dies so fast.

I can't believe Blue Jacking is still going strong... Are you all at school still? Not being horrible or anything...

When BT first came out I was doing it all the time, I just thought everyone knew about it and therefore there's no point doing it....

Posted by mobilemodman
you'll be surprised how many people walk around with their BT turned on wondering why their battery dies so fast, and also how many people dont even know wat the heck it is in the first place!

Posted by SE4NICK
Movies was cancelled, and bowling was a no go, music was loud and phones couldnt be heard.

Posted by rambo47
Every now and then I'll be standing on the train coming home from work and just for grins I'll do a bluetooth scan. I regularly find 3 or 4 phones with bluetooth on within spitting distance. The average phone user has no clue.

Posted by Residentevil
Yesterday I was at the coffee shop and was scanning the place for any victims. There was a W810i. So I sent "Your fly is open". the blok did not know what was happening and was showing his phone to his GF. Then I was unloading the "How is our coffee?". That was fun to watch.

Posted by eskay
This is so stupid i think i have heard it before

My whole class always leaves their BT on so its easy to bluejack. Unfortunately it's also easy to tell who's blujacking you. But boy do I have fun when teachers leave it on.

Posted by SE4NICK
Class goes back in 2 days, i am so gunna see if my teachers have BT on. Man that would be funny.

I always leave my bt on. I do not have a problem with batt life at all. Just because you have bt on doesn't mean it's scanning. bt power consumption is minimal unless it's actually being used. So the only why you can lose power by leaving bt on is if 20 people a minute are trying to bluejack you. And then you'll know because your phone will keep asking if you want to accept something. If that happens, then it's easy to just turn bluetooth off untill you are out of the area. Or you could just see what they have sent you (as long as you don't have symbian or pocketpc os)!

I have been in a situation before where someone's Nokia s60 kept trying to send me a sis file via bt (commwarrior virus) but since my phone ain't symbian it's immune (though I didn't accept the message I just turned off bt).

The clueless ones are the best.

Posted by i.o
changing the phones bt name to service provider or network operator is a good one as says on the 'victims' phone "message recieved from service provider" regular to get al least 4-10 people on bus home. ha ha ha missed my stop other day to busy laughing.......

Good for You.

Posted by Acid_ICE24
@ i.o

That's a great idea! I wanna try it!

Posted by max_wedge
got this picture from "LG125" today on the train. They didn't accept the image I tried to send back in return.

Oh well, I appreciate the thought especially when someone sends something decent.

Posted by mrao
rotfl...bet you tried to send something..errrm... a lot more discreet

Posted by max_wedge
I did! Funny, cause I was on the train and looking around and the only obvious culprit's were high-school girls! But maybe I missed the true culprit, who was no doubt sniggering to himself behind a seat somewhere!

i was trying to annoy someone with a z520i yesterday, by sending virus installed to it. that only worked once, so after about 3 more tries at sending it, i decided to pair with it, but the owner declined

I hope you aren't trying to infect people with a virus, if so I hope you get hit by one that wipes your phone clean.

Anyway, you are barking up the wrong tree, there is no known virus that can infect non-smartphones. Z520i is immune.

Posted by tranced
@gaming_guy: you cant infect mobiles via bt, non-smartphones work with java system. am i wrong?

Posted by gaming_guy
it is only a business card . vcf file

Posted by tranced
thought something like. i knew you were smart enough

i'm in college, we used to use bluetooth loads in our lecture halls!! send random stuff around. But now, out lecturer turns the bluetooth of his laptop on, does a scan and gets everyone with bluetooth on to turn it off!! we're forced to listen and learn...awful!!

I've been using easyjack v2 (now free from their website) and BT explorer, and other quality programs?!

BT explorer autosend is great, walking down the main shopping street sending out a msg saying there is a HUGE sale in some random shop!

Posted by Residentevil
Looks like your teacher is a step ahead of you guys.

ah, why don't you just pair with everyone and tell them to set their bluetooth to hidden The lecturer will never know. Apart from all the giggling from the girls

Posted by cpt. insano
@ max_wedge

Genius, pure genius!!

Since the last post i've tried Bloover around the place, a bit more evil than bluejacking i know but i wanted to try it!

kept getting "the audited item is immune to blue-bug" though...pity!!

i find that i have to switch my bluetooth on on my k750i before i start easyjack

Posted by alrodlop35
Could somebody answer the f*ing bitchslap question already! I'm dying to try it.

And another thing. Are the people at Bluejack retarded? The trial version is the installation file and you can only open the program 10 times. However when you have 2 tries left, you can just delete the application and re-install the application and have 10 tries again!

What does this code "lsp00f3rl" signify.

Posted by deluded
I believe it's meant to be 'spoofer' with 2 straight lines at either end. Am I right?

Posted by aatuif
