Got any friends with Bluetooth phones ? try it out with them. If you havent, go into a shop that has Bluetooth phones that you can try out, and try in there.
Once you've learnt how to do it on your own, you can start on strangers.

thanks so much. it works with my pc. I have a friend who has a motorola V525 it doesnt work with him....I have another friend who has a P800 but he travelled he will only come back next week!

Tell your friend with the V525 to switch his Bluetooth off then back on again. The V525 goes undiscoverable after 60 seconds, so you only get 1 minute to bluejack him.

Does bluetooth go through walls? Floors? Ceillings?
I called my wsp recently and chewed them out. in any case.. after threatening to close all my accounts (phones, cable tv, internet, etc..) they gave me a plan which u can only get through group work benefits, and a t616 (for $0 after having my account for only 9 months). The phone arives in a couple of days.
Ive been reading this thread totaly cracking up... CAN NOT WAIT to start bluejacking ppl.

Yes, Bluetooth is just like any other radio signal, it will go through most objects, walls or floorsnas long as they arent too dense.
Im posting this from my living room, connected wirelessly to my pc in my bedroom about 8m away upstairs using its connection via Bluetooth as we speak !

I read this thread and immediately knew I had some bluejacker in me. I'm also amused by the incredible sense of community this seems to bring to all bluejackers... and their victims, the latter not as amused by ajacks masterful phenom.
Had a tremendously successful jacking day yesterday.
Location: WalMart, Dallas, USA
Victims: 1 store staff , and 2 UBV (Unidentified Bluejacking Victims)
Devices: Palm and Bricks, respectively
(what kind of bricks? well, a brick by any other name is still a brick)
Visuals: Affirmative for member of store staff, -ve for the other 2
BAD (Bluejacking Assault Details): Stealthy attack, I'd activate the send, put the phone in my shirt pocket (t610) and move in close to the crowd were I suspected the PBV (Potential Bluejacking Victims) to be. 1st message was "blueJacker13 strikes", the second was classic, "they're watching you", it was hysterical, the store staff guy was freaking out but trying to stay calm about it. He paced and searched in vain for "they" who were watching. He called his Palm Macbeth, well "his sons and his sons son will not be Kings", as dumb.... founded as he was.
Nokia Phone with bluetooth technology, $ more dollars than you should pay for a brick.
The pleasure of bluejacking those bricks, priceless.

Hey guys I really got issues. i have been trying to bluejack with my P800 but no success. I really need help! For example today I was in a bus when a I scanned and saw this a ladies mobile (lilo was the name ) . Itried hard to bluejack but got errors. I got messages like "obex found", "stack cool off". I even tried manually without Sman but got faliures. Please Help!

It was probably a Nokia that requires the owner to press YES to your incoming message. Look for SE phones, or Nokia 6310's, they normally accept the messages instantly with no errors.

Hey Guys ..i think I found out why i couldnt bluejack! I disabled MiniGps using Sman and everying worked well. I guess there was conflict between the two apps and bluetooth or so. So now I am on track with BJing Men

I did something cool today. I was on the bus coming home from my local shopping mall when i found a Nokia 6310i on a search. I knew it wasnt on the same bus as me, as id already searched a few times and the bus was pretty empty.
I looked out the bus window and saw an Audi TT, and then, i saw the driver pick up his phone off the passenger seat. It was a 6310i !
Sent him 2 messages before the traffic light turned green and he went the opposite way. Class.

Im not going to moan at you again for sending the goatse man picture, but ever thought of the effect it might have on the recipient ? what would a child think if they received it ? what would their parents do if they saw the picture on the childs phone ? probably confiscate the phone and call the police.
It might be funny, but sending other less offensive images would also be fun too.

Anyway, Mr/iss/rs T610 has Satan, Bigus Dickus
, etc as contacts.
I tried sending notes but I figured the receipient couldn't see the acceptance prompts. I'm pretty sure of this because my phone name (for
jacking purposes) is "System Msg", few to none would ignore that, the exception being mostly jacking savvy folk. I also got stuck in connecting mode as happens when there's no response from the receiver.
Tip:(hope its not old news) Instead of turning off your phone when the above happens, just move outside the potential victims 10m sphere. You'll know you have cause you'll get the send failed notice.
If you've never bluejacked, you won't understand.

You dont need to move out of the victims 10m range to quit the connection, simply update your firmware and after 10 seconds of trying to connect, the phone just says error instead of trying for 2 minutes.

was at the Pizza hut around wid my family when i made a quick search. their was some guy but his name appeared like that [][][];'[][][] those are brackets but his name appeared the same but they were boxes.. maybe my p900 didnt recognise the characters he kept his nick from. so bluejacked him.. "eating pizza darling.. Call me now" and to my surprise .. i cud hear him.. he was just behind me.. sitting on the table and he called p some gal and was telling her.. Hi how r u. u msged me. and then started speaking on his won something i didnt try to hear after that. Fool doesnt even know u recieve a bluetooth within 10m range.

Since i got my K700 last week ive been impressed by the speed of its Bluetooth and Bluetooth browser.
Remember on the T610 to send a contact you would have to press C to go back 1 screen, then via bluetooth to start another scan ? well in the K700, you can just press Refresh to start scanning again, and the best bit.. phones appear in real time. When you scan, just like on the P900 and PDA's when your phone finds another it appears straight away, no more waiting for the scan to end before phones are shown.
Speeds up bluejacking immensely.
BTW, has any K700 bluejackers noticed this ? when you go to select Visible / Not Visible in the phones options, if you press Info that explains what the option does, SE have identified bluejacking, as spam ! !

Today we had chemistry and there is a compuet in the room and he was showing us a slideshow on some chemistry stuff
and we could see cos of a projector. When he had done it on the desktop was an icon for "My bluetooth places" and i didnt see this but my mate quickly said to me, is that a bluetooth icon on the task bar and i quickly pulled out my T610 and did a search and found the computer. I then took a picture from my mates seat(on other side of room) and sent it to the computer and my mate had his E700 confiscated and he wont get it back until next Tuesday 
The computer had some sort of bluetooth dongle with a green led at the top and it was connected directly to a cable to the pc. It was a TDK dongle-i think it might have been for the wireless pens and mat that are for the computers.

Finally bluejacked someone last night. I live in North Carlolina and no one in the USA have bluetooth phones. Well last night i finally spotted someone in a restaurant with a P800. And to my shock... he had his bluetooth enabled! He didn't look like he would have any idea about bluejacking so i sent him a message,"VIRUS LOADED. Drive A: Corrupted." When i saw him later he had returned his phone to his pocket. So i didn't get to see his reaction. Still, it was a rare occasion for me. i'll try to be more creative next time.
