Ok i am in some shit. I Own a forum with 2 other guys. It originally started off as me and this other guy tony. Started a small forum on a free host for psp we had fun. Then we got an offer form a 3rd guy saying he wil give us a free .com address and a vbulletin forum (some expensive sutff) and all for free aslong as he can put advertisment on. We have fund getting over 750 members within 2 weeks and having a great time, now the other 2 paertners have fallen out big time and it doest look like they are going to make up.
I either stick with the third guy and abandon my original partner, and have the good forum and become big, or leave to the smaller forum with Tony and continue from there.
Please i need your advice! I really dont wanna leave my original partner coz weve boceom great mates, i hope they can figure all this out and make up!

If you can export the database, you can stick the forum on one of my servers if you like for nothing
There are three conditions:
1. No warez, adult stuff etc. etc.
2. No technical support except for stuff that is explicitly down to me (i.e. server side stuff that you don't have access to). Unless I'm not busy and I'm in the mood
3. You put a small text link at the bottom of every page to my site. I'll help you with that bit if need be

First off, sorry about banning you. It's a 7 day temporary ban that I had to do for reasons that I will explain in this e-mail. In our conversation earlier, I practically saw you crumble under pressure, questioning if you had what it took to run a website by yourself and telling me that you couldn't handle this. At that point, CustomizeMyPSP.com died. The kind of people I'm looking to be presidents of my websites, are people with leadership qualities, and I'm afraid, you just don't have it. I fully believed that you did if you tried, but it seemed that without Tony, that was it for you. You asked me to reconcile with Tony, which I distinctly said wasn't happening. I've attached a copy of the conversation in HTML file (so you can open it up with your preferred Internet browser) so you can see exactly why a reconciliation was far-fetched.
So that's why I've decided to sell CustomizeMyPSP.com. Being that I made sure you guys handed over the financial rights to the board (otherwise known as ownership rights), I'm currently in talks with investors to take it off my hands. I really did not want to do this bro, I promised you that I wanted to make CustomizeMyPSP.com one of the top PSP websites on the web. but this project was dead in the water when Tony decided to bitch about wanting to get paid for pretty much nothing. A couple of days ago, he wanted me to buy him a slim PSP. It's absolutely ridiculous, that the board makes less than a quarter/day, but he wants to get paid in the hundreds. So I hope you realize by reading the conversation and understanding my position on not wanting to pay him, why I demoted him.
Because I've seen this happen before, here's what I figured would happen. Because of my limited time on Messenger due to my many other commitments, I would barely be able to talk to you and you and Tony would be conversing a lot more than we could. Eventually, Tony was going to convince you to go back to Proboards and pick up where you left off (so you guys, as Tony would say, can have 'fun' again). You'd want to inform your members about move so they know to go back. The only way to do that would be to announce it on the CustomizeMyPSP.com forums, and I really cannot have a couple of renegade former admins spamming up the forums telling members to leave the CustomizeMyPSP.com forums while I'm trying to make a sale. I've banned Tony permanently and you're on a 7 day ban, just about the time I'll need to complete the sale.
I really like you Ed, you were easy to talk to, and I could've easily worked with you if you were a leader (don't feel bad about not being one, a lot of people just aren't, it's something you're either born with or have to work really hard at). I firmly believe that CustomizeMyPSP.com would've been huge under Starrcadia, and six months from now, you could've been making at least a couple grand a month, maybe even $5000/month. But it was stolen from you, and that's because of the chain of events started by Tony today. Because he was so greedy wanting money after doing minimal work in a minimal amount of time. Now, I'm guessing you'll go back to Proboards, and feed Pat Clinger his advertising money from his Google ads. Unfortunately, you probably won't see the $5000/month from doing one hour of Internet work a day, which is very unfortunate, because it could've very well had happened.
So I just wanted to e-mail you explaining about the ban (which I do really feel bad about, but you know my reasons), and what I intend to do with the website. I part with some advice I hope you take to heart, and that's that you shouldn't let others bring you down. Tony's mistake today, and your commitment to him cost you a huge opportunity. I'm sorry we weren't able to work further, and I hope everything works out for you the way that you want it. Life's what you make it bro. It's been good working with you while we did.

P.S. - I just came across this, but as proof that I would've made CustomizePSP.com huge and I actually did put a lot of time and effort into the marketing of CustomizeMyPSP.com, go Google 'customize my psp'. We're ranked number 4 in less than two weeks. Imagine how well we would've done under 'customize psp' in two months time. Ah, oh well.

Also ive decided to move to the old website (if anybody is interested: www.psp-portal.co.nr) and he unbanned me aslong as i didnt tell everybody that we are getting shut down. He is selling the domian so he needs posts up..
what shal i do? Backstab this mofo and mass pm and e-maill all 800 members and tell them to go back to the old forums and re populate the community there?
Or keep my promise and pretend nothing is going on....

i got a better idea buy a domain and hosting (not a .co.nr) and get every one who goes to http://www.psp-portal.co.nr redricted to your new site and then remake it or you can back up the hole forum and reopen it and it would make life simpler
