I am planning to get me this case, I just want to KNOW if it has a MAGNETIC-enclosure or a VELCRO one
I prefer havin' a VELCRO one as there has been an ISSUE with the 
P990i fone with magentic cases (leather) when it touches the right-side of the fone the SCREEN turns WHITE 
hopefully it's NOT the White-Screen-Of-Death issue

implemented a reed switch with a magnet hidden in the flip in order to switch between FO and FC mode this really is quite an old technology and has been used for years in such things as home alarms with door contacts. 
If the magnet can cause damage to the screen do you really think
would use a magnet inside the flip in close proximity to the phone?
NO!!!
So therefore you have nothing to worry about using a case with a magnetic latch!
I REALLY do hope this puts your mind at rest!

Totally different technology!!! yes a magnet would balls up a tv screen in the past!!
here is a video of me taking a large magnet to my P990 and I can assure you it still works fine!!
wouldn't continue to manufacture cases with magnetic catches if it caused damage as they would be liable for replacement!

Have you seen how much shiny surface there is to scratch on the K850i? Its a constant battle to keep it in pristine condition, and then there is the reported 'dust behind the lens' issue.
It looks like a phone that could age very quickly without the proper TLC.

@cherry - Well, I've tried that BEFORE
as I don't FANCY leather cases as I find them out-of-fashion as ONLY old-people (48 years old and above) would be usin' them . . . but when I started experiencing some problems with the fone when PLACED inside my trouser's pocket . . . some UNWANTED things happens . . . like, YES, scratches (gets in contact with coins car keys and some other metallic-objects) . . . and when I'm wearin' my tight-fitted Armani Jeans . . . and bend, say to TIE shoelaces or reach objects on the FLOOR, the FONE turns-off by itself. Then, that's when I knew the importance of wearin' condoms, ooops, I mean - leather cases . . .
I am still awaiting for the OWNERS of this very elusive
IEC-20 leather case if it has a MAGNETIC or VELCRO-enclosure

I checked across the web, found no methion about the closure....

@legrand - Yup, the BELT-clip is NOT that TRUSTING . . .if I can use the word. Very same with that of: ICE-25.

It's definately VELCRO.
I have one for my K850i but for Camera phone - IPK-100 tripod also
include very nice case with belt clip. However ICE-20 also good.
It is MADE IN CHINA and when you buy it, please don't order online,
please go to the sony accessories shop and look carefully with your own
eyes because,,
some logos are imprinted not straightly, it's looks bad.
some needle work is not so good, it's looks sad.
some belt clip on behind case is attached not exactly vertical, it's looks odd.
But if you try couple of, you can find good one among bads.
I don't know why sony ericssons QC is so bad like this...!
Maybe it is made in china? (I'm not oppose chinese...!)

All original ice-20 is made in china, you can find that tag inside of
case. It is original but some of it has jerk quality as I mentioned above.
But you already order it from Amazon - so no way to select one yourself...

If you are pertaining to FAKE ones . . . I guess auction-websites with GOOD reputation will NOT SELL those . . . of course, you also have to LOOK at the images they are selling, which I think that they will NOT FAKE or photoshop of
Btw, when I was accessing that IEC-20
leather case . . . I came accross with another of the said case-model . . . but it says that it's - OEM and the $$$$ is much HIGHER than the ONE I saw The leather-made is a BIT cheap-looking, but it has that LOGO embosed at the case-cover.
I manage to GET me the ORIGINAL
ICE-25 for about 3-times in the past, so I know what I am gettin' when I saw the image bein' displayed at amazon.com site . . . leather-made is veeery much similar with the ICE-25 I am purchasing then . . . !
