p900 on o2 payg .GPRS and MMS

Can someone who has settings that work please post. I have this
phone which is an o2 p900 maybe ex contract and i have tried
everything to get GPRS and MMS to work.Although the phone says
it is attached i cannot get o2 Active or anything else to load??
driving me crazy
