PC suite for this 'ere thing..
I got a silly 8cm cd with it, all good and well but iMacs don't enjoy small Cds, or rather ii don't enjoy yaing my mac to bits to get it out..
anyone know where I can download the sw from? I've looked on Lgs site and their site is shite!

been using mine for a few days now, think its awesome!
Looks cool, added some new themes, camera is good, video recorder even better (almost as good as the next P Series
) 120fps is brilliant, touchscreen phone with a touch of class i'd say.

i was tempted with one, massive step down from a p990 and saw a mates and thought it was crap, even he said the camera was rubbish and not to get it on the basis of the camera

camera was great? its been rated better then the k850i anyway

Whats the general consensus on this phone without going through 12 pages of posts? I've been using the N95, but I'm getting tempted by the LG viewty. I know theres no Wifi, but other than this is the usuabillity still as good? Are there plenty of features or should I just stick with Symbian?

I liked it alot when i had one. Is pretty quick, very nice camera, great video camera, only quibble i had was the battery life, but your using a n95 so it will feel the same

I had it for a few days and sent it back. I found quite a lot of things that annoyed me.
1) Having to take the battery out to swap the memory card was annoying
2) Would not connect to my PC for love nor money. Impossible to sync.
3) File Management was very poor. Files appear in random orders and cannot be sorted the way you want. I love how SE phones can sort all your files any way you want.
4) Camera really isn't that good. Poor focus and details. (Look at the ones above, half aren't in focus!)
5) In playback mode, the phone brings ALL files into the viewer rather than just Camera Pictures. So if you have lots of albums like I do on my phone, it pulls them all in which slows it down to a crawl and is displayed in no particular order!
6) Music Player killed it for me. Loads all the files up everytime you open an new option, e.g. Artists, Albums etc. And with all my songs (Around 2gb,) it took 40 SECONDS each time to enter a new option!! What a waste of time!
The screen is good and I enjoyed the virtual QWERTY keypad, but that's it!

I used one in an Orange shop once and thought it was fantastic. The camera was better than some SE phones i have used.
