@razec
fantastic K900!!!
wish SE pepople see that!!
they should produce that phone!
@SE_cz
that K5 is not bad!!
only the screen is i think too big.
Posted by nneo
a screen can never be too big
the bigger the better ( afcourse with the right screen resolution )

That's just right for a super high-end phone his K5 looks TS based imho, and i find it very nice to embeed an external optical zooming lens into that
Very nice work SE_cz! you should post more as i always used to love your concepts! Wish SE people could see them!

@Xajel
very nice concept. But i think is not going to integrate 7.2 megapixels into a mobile phone.........

They won't unless someone else does.

yeh, I was afraid of drawing the d-pad & backside at first as I'm not that much in drawing, but I like it
yeh, it's just a concept, + if you look at the spec. you will see that this phone is not even for 2008, hardly for 2009, more like in 2010 ( if thought about having a similar one ), at that time, that screen will be OLED for easy, OLED doesn't need backlighting, this will save a lot of space + battery power to be able to handle all these chips inside this phone..
I don't know exactly how big, but this wont be small, I may have 6mm for the front slider ( screen + front keys + d-pad ), another 8mm for the back side, with 2.5mm for the camera and speaker... yeh huge at 16.5mm but there's 17 & 22 already ( K810+K850 = 17, K800 = 22 )
for height and width, I may count on K850i so 102x48, so in over all very close to K850i...
I just hope battries will have a jump in capacity in the near future

well it has been rumered ( take a look at 2008 rumeres topic ) that will bring a 7.2MP camera phone next year with the K850i successor, so maybe 2H08

here's a little something. It's a P-series. Let's call it the P6i...this is an alternative to the slider solution, P5i. I placed a joystick for main navigation although this is a touchscreen phone as well. we also got the qwerty/number key pad. As you can see, I designed a new Activity Menu inspired by Vista. In the new Activity Menu, you can switch from the Main Menu, Shorcuts, Recent and Active Apps Windows in just a few touches.
here are the specs:
104 x 52 x 12 mm
2.8" TFT 16 Million Display Touch Sensitive
UIQ4
Quadband, HSDPA, 108.11b/g, GPS, DVB-H, Bluetooth 2.0
M2 and MicroSD support
5.1 Megapixels CMOS, Autofocus, 3x Optical, Xenon Flash
2.5 mm Audio Jack, Mini USB

@ pavlovs dog
this is awesome
like every single one of ur concepts
Posted by razec
@pavlogsdog:
what's that navigation controller at the center of the device? is it a joystick? btw. nice concept
Posted by Xajel
@pavlov's_dog
nice concept, I like it
but 2.8'' with Half-QWERTY this will be huge phone !!
+ those bottons are too small to have another language as some versions of the phone must have two langages
Posted by Xajel
some body asked about those blue bottons in the Touch d-pad in the K910i slider concept I made yesterday
so I make a zoom to it, they are camera shortcuts, and I know they need to have bigger Icons rather than these small ones
BTW, this zoom still 25% from the original size

Man I love that concept @Xajel. Freaking brilliant.

sealover and pavlog'sdog both loves creating P-series concepts. btw nice blurring P5 seal!
@Xajel:
you're very talented for incorporating camera function keys on a Dpad.
Please Keep posting more and more concepts! especially those unique ones like that new concept you made
@WhiteEye:
Just a thought, When will you make your successor for the mai? you're mai looks awesome, but i don't you think it is the right time to make a successor for it?
just my 2 cents worth matey
@Exilim, Deuxani, & SE4NICK:

You can actually do it by "dial up" GSM wap-profile. I did it once on my very old T310i.

This is where they'll fit:
Dimensions: 119 x 50 x 45 mm <-- 45mm thick!
@beta-tester:
Nah not lowlowlowend phones, just new CRAP phones!
Anyway, I just completed a serious concept phone (K860i), so I'll upload that in just a minute!
Posted by Muhammad-Oli
Here is my K860i concept phone.
It took me ages to complete and about 95% of the parts of it are new. Only the silver sides are stolen from the K850i and the rest of the parts are drawn or (in most cases heavily) editted from existing SE models (and one Apple product - can you guess which one?).
Changes from the K850i include:
CCD sensor in the 5MP camera.
Larger 2.6 inch screen (16M colours).
WiFi 802.11 b/g.
Built-in GPS reciever.
I hope you all like it.
Cheers.

First of all, I am sorry for the lousy quality. Done in Paint in 5 mins...
This is how i see a w880 revamped/ successor:
New features:
AF camera
FM radio
MicroSD card slot
As you can notice, I cut all the extra space around the keyboard and screen.
This could mean either a smaller phone with same size screen and keyboard or
same size phone with larger screen and keyboard.
