hi and welcome to esato, mate!
the W810 can play videos in 3gp and mp4 formats with a maximum resolution of 176x144 (lowest is 128x96).
videos should then be first converted into any of these two formats before you can transfer/upload them to your phone (phone or memory stick). a lot of converters are easily available in the internet (try Xilisoft & mpegable). the length of the converted video depends on the capacity of your memory (in this case, the memory stick).
