K800i charge problem - Esato archive

Hello,
I think I have a problem with my charger or the phone. While charging if I pull gently the jack from the side where comes the cable, it stops charging and the jack looks a little bit unplugged. But with Usb cable this problem doesn't exist. I also tried with other charger, but it is the same. Does anyone else have this problem?

The first thing to try is cleaning both the contacts on the phone and the charger.

But the phone is only on 3 days.
