It seems to me like they make a lot of mistakes and accidental leaks with their website... Perhaps they do it purposely. You know, to create a bit of excitement and anticipation about their products...

I don't think they are videos made by those phones, but rather videos to be downloaded by those particular phones to test that they can be downloaded. Either way, those names for phones do look to be real and true.

The Codename marked phones, are only codenames for existing phones.
But i think B123i could possibly stand for BRAVIA (TV enabled phone) and K123i for a new Cybershot phone!

Paris is the one speculated as being 'P5'. It's not a Cyber-shot nor Walkman phone, although a very early test firmware of UIQ 4 also included the Walkman player. I am sure that it has been taken out though. Paris is going to be announced along with Beibei, if everything goes as planned, which it should.
