This will be definitely no successor of the W960i. Looks like SE is expanding their UIQ-Mid-End sector.

Based on the button structure (namely, call and end keys) can I assume this runs the same UIQ the P5i will use? Or do you think given it is lower-end (comparatively) it will run 3.1?

What's on here is about as good as I can find on the
website. Nothing of the R306 opened up, but this one close up in champagne/white.

Surprised me too.
Anyway, 3GSM should produce some long awaited hardware to have us drooling, with the 'P5i' if thats what its called, "very, very likely" to make and appearance.
