No offence, but if you want to butt in, you should know the background details. He posted something about him getting a W980 at SEW, and said how good it was and speedy menus or whatever it was. It was a DUMMY.

But you don't know the background of this thread. I tested the w980 of my cousin. It was fast and very good. But I didn't made pics of it, so i made pics of my dummy. Yes, it was a mistake and i know, but I got my penalty.

Why is it impossible to make a slider thinner than 15mm?
The SXXX some sites before is also about 13mm.

If it really has a 8mp sensor I don't think that it will be thinner than 16-17mm. I think it will be as thick as the innov8.

Yeah. the side is qwerty OK but the up and down slides are impractical. Why do you need to slide just to reveal camera keys and 3g front cam? Camera keys is more natural to stay at the sides while there's plenty of space for the 3gcam without the need to hide them. I believe this is an old X1 concept

But imagine how bulky would it be? and why they have to put the camera keys in a slider? and if you slide out qwerty how ugly would it look with a 3G camera on one side and keys on other side...Oh God
