2.8f will let in plenty of light. in aperture, the lower the number, the bigger the opening. Of course focal length will be farther away...

i havent said anything for a bit, waiting for the dust to settle ...
it hasnt but this is bothering me a slight bit, in so much as weve seen G7/G9/C7/C9 all have "standalone" shortcuts for the camera, my question here is, for shiho i do not see a) standalone cam functions or b) a forward facing video cam. which has been a staple in SE camera fones since the k800.
im going to wait till the announcement, theres something off about this. it will get explained.

WoW, thats not good. but its not even a concern the same was said about the k850i and i have gotten some incredibly deep and rich photographs, look at plankgatan he's usually on point with his pics.
edit: you should cover up the license plate ... too

add to that, and how many times ive looked, the shortcuts are incorporated in the DPAD as seen in the video phoner just dropped.
look at the end with the USB adapter.
i sincerely hope that its a dual card reader like the k850 cuz itd be ashame to have all these microSDHC cards goto waste. i dont put it past sony to do that though.

colors are really faded. clarity seems good but with some noticeable noise in the trees. hopefully it will improve with a production model.

Those pictures arent at all faded! Theres just far too much red in them. Look at the sky, that isnt really a sky blue, for example. Its the colour reproduction that needs fixing. But other than that, looks superb IMO.

As Mizzle pointed out, it just needs some midtone contrast increase and a slight decrease of the red hues.

Fack! I take back everything I said about that cameraphone. Its a beautiful sight. Sony Ericsson have their cameras sorted now. Its going to be a very vibrant and hardly pixelated future for the SE high ends and moreso Cybershots I think

Actually, the noise levels are quite bearable! My K810's 3MP pics are no better (and even they're great
).
