I've downloaded the version of PC Suite software from the SE site which says it is compatible with Vista and XP. However the driver's appear to be there and they state they are working properly but the phone is not recognised in either File Transfer or Phone mode. If I try to update the drivers or re-install them they cannot be found! Downloaded onto an XP machine and they worked okay. Totally confused - is the version not compatible with Vista as stated or am I missing something.
