Battery won't charge. Alien battery.

I have this problem from yesterday, when i charge the phone the phone is turning off(After that I can turn on again)
So, every time when I try to charge the K750i it turns off. After i let it charge a few hours i discover that the percent of battery is 4 %.
Why it won't charge?

Please give me an advice

Well, is it an Alien Battery? If so, that is the problem, get a SonyEricsson one. Also, did you try charging with car charger? Same result? Good luck!

Most probably a non-SE genuine battery.

If it came with the sales package, then it may be faulty. Return it to any SE service point and have it checked/replaced.

If its non-genuine battery, use a genuine one, of course i am assuming there is nothing wrong with the phone itself.

I have the 'alien battery' problem a month ago too, but the i just did a master reset and it was fine.
The battery that i have is genuine i think, because i got it in the phone package when i bought the phone, back in August.

I am very scared not because it says aline battery, but the battery won't charge.
It remains at 4-6%, even if i charge the phone the whole night.

Please give some help, I don't know what to do. I'm running out of battery.
