In the UK the network operators block a phone by IMEI, so it'll be barred for all UK SIM-cards.
I hope, your network does this the same way.
You could mention this in the negotiations.

I checked the train prices a few weeks ago and it was over £100 for a open return ticket.
The car isn't an issue as they will keep it there for me and i just pick it up when i get back.
I might as well fly from Manchester to Gatwick and just meet you at the airport as it's the same price as a train ticket.
Can't ask you to drive all the way here and back it isn't fair at all. Thought it would be here in time, good job i went up there.

I normally hate complaining as I believe everything can be sorted one way or the other, but the Bank pissed me right off today.
Long story short payment 6 figures made into wrong account, they don't want to return it, on hold to 0845 numbers on my cell for hours.
Countless faxes, and loss of interest on a daily basis.
Finally got QC involved seems to have got things moving a bit faster, we will see if I have another shit day tomorrow.
Praying to God I don't...
