i wanted to do a master reset because they told me in the shop to do so...
but my phone is messed up. the screen is now just completly white with the light on, nothing else on screen.
when i try to switch it off the phone viobrates.
anyone know the problem?

how did u managed the master reset? white screen is usually cos of a wrong flash, at master reset i never heared it...

not sure what happened.
i checked for updates once on the update service, it said there were no updates, 2 days later all this crap started happening.
sometimes it goes blue, red or green.

im live in UK.... and i have W850i
im trying update service, it says software already up to date, i clicked continue anyway and it says updating software, do not disconnect the phone.

well, as mentioend before a third party solution would fix it. totalmultiserver is pretty good for such an accident, but u need to have credit there to use it.
